I recently upgraded to MS Office 2003 (from 2000) running on Widows XP SP2.
Outlook 2003 choked because my existing pst file was over 2 GB. I then divided the PST by opening in Outlook 200 on another PC, and archiving some messages. I set up a new Unicode pst file in Outlook 2003 to overcome the 2 GB limit. I imported my old PST files, but unfortunately created a mess of duplicated and overlapping folders. To clean up that mess, I created a new profile and I now want to import my messages from the old PST files. However, I now find that the 'Import and Export' option is gone from my File menu. It's not dimmed; it's gone! It was there before I set up the new profile (which seems to be working fine in every other respect). How do I restore the 'Import and Export' option ? Thanks in anticipation. PS I tried using Alt, F, T to see if the command was hidden, but this did not work. |
