Offline Address Book not updating on Outlook 2003 client in cache
Offline Address Book not updating on Outlook 2003 client in cache mode.
Please suggest how to resolve this. i tried downloading OAB but still not updating.

Is this for just one client or for all your clients?
Have you verified that your Exchange server actually updates the OAB? In that case, delete the local oab-files on the client and see if changes
are picked up now. If not, it could indicate a corruption in the mail profile.
