Is this for just one client or for all your clients?
Have you verified that your Exchange server actually updates the OAB? Changes should reflect within 24 hours after the Exchange server has updated the OAB. -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Store a reference of a excel workbook" soft.com wrote in message ... In that case, delete the local oab-files on the client and see if changes
are picked up now. If not, it could indicate a corruption in the mail profile. See if recreating it solves it then; http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm -- Robert Sparnaaij [MVP-Outlook] Coauthor, Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.howto-outlook.com/ Outlook FAQ, HowTo, Downloads, Add-Ins and more http://www.msoutlook.info/ Real World Questions, Real World Answers ----- "Store a reference of a excel workbook" soft.com wrote in message ...
