I use Outlook 2007. Over weekend, moved from Exchange server to exclusively
hard drive. Was able to port over most of my data except for Tasks -- had to type them in new. All tasks now automatically have Follow Up flag attached to them. That never happened before, and I do not want it. However, in Tasks, appears that only way to remove Flags is to mark Task as complete. However, Task is not complete. There does not appear to be the option “Clear Flag”, as there is in Messages and in Contacts. Any ideas about how to suppress Follow Up flags being automatically attached to Tasks? This did not happen prior to this weekend. Worst case, how can you “Clear Flags” on Tasks? |
