Yahoo mail pop and Outlook 2003
 

I finally got my Yahoo mail account (through sbcglobal) to work in Outlook.
However, I can only receive mail and cannot send. When I run the test
everything passes except the test email. Please tell me what I need to do to
correct this.

Are you authenticating to the outgoing server? Check the "Outgoing Server"
tab of your account properties.
