Not getting hotmail read into Outlook 2003 by Outlook Connector
 

I installed Outlook Connector as a result of warning that old HotMail
connection method would soon stop working. I have a hotmail folder with my
Hotmail address. Nothing is being put into the inbox. The obsolecent method
had been working (sort of) for years.

Did you let it upgrade the account or did you add it manually?
Remove the Outlook Connector account from your mail profile, restart Outlook
(make sure the outlook.exe process stops before starting it again) and then
add it again via the Outlook Connector menu.
