Hello,
I am trying to arrange so that several people could work with the same email account at the same time from different computers. Outlook will not let me me open the same data file at the same time. Any suggesstions? Does anyone know of another email program that would allow that? Thanks. |

Its not supported and can introduce corruption. if the loss of data is
worth the risk and users will close the pst before the next person tries to open the pst, see http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2009/up090212.htm#4. It will make sharing the pst easier. However, the best method is to use a tool specifically designed for sharing or an exchange server. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.asp for tools that will allow you to share outlook data. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Gennady Bronshteyn" wrote in message ...
