Default Using same data file by several users at the same time

Hello,

I am trying to arrange so that several people could work with the same email
account at the same time from different computers.

Outlook will not let me me open the same data file at the same time. Any
suggesstions? Does anyone know of another email program that would allow
that?

Thanks.

Outlook requires exclusive use of the data file
The data file has little to do with the mail account.
There are third party pay for tools to sync data files

Its not supported and can introduce corruption. if the loss of data is
worth the risk and users will close the pst before the next person tries to
open the pst, see http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2009/up090212.htm#4. It will
make sharing the pst easier.

However, the best method is to use a tool specifically designed for sharing
or an exchange server.
See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/share.asp for tools that will allow you
to share outlook data.
