Default Outlook and auto download

Something happened and now, periodically, outlook will ask for my user
password for each account. I have deleted the setups and resetup my email
accounts. I have restored to an earlier day. I have run diagnostics with no
problems shown. If I hit send/receive, it woreks fine and doesn't ask for
the pw. Now what do I do to get it to stop doing this? It is so agravating
that I can not leave outlook up and running because it constantly asks for pw
updates. ThaNK you.

Don't multipost but crosspost instead. I've answered your very same question
in outlook.general.

Unfortunately, since you're using the web interface to the newsgroups instead
of a newsreader, you can't crosspost. Therefore, ask in only one group.
