I have a PC using Windows XP and Outlook 2007. I also have Zone Alarm
Security Suite 9.0.084 with over 400 days left. I am concerned that my ZA is
not properly working with my Outlook.

When I open Outlook and go to the TRUST CENTER at ADD-INS I find SONICWALL
ANTI SPAM DESKTOP in the DIABLE category. I can't seem to enable it to work
with Outlook. I've enabled it through ZA.

How do I get it working?

You're probably better off without it. Virus scanners integrating with
Outlook can cause a multitude of issues while it doesn't bring an additional
layer of safety since the on access scanner is using the same virus scanning
definitions. For more details see;
