I have installed outlook 207 on my new computer with windows 7 home premium.
I did file transfer from my old computer and outlook will not work at all, -- Thanks, Jim |

Which files did you transfer from where to where?
In order to configure Outlook with your pst-file from your old computer, configure Outlook first and then reconnect your original pst-file via; File- Open- Outlook Data File... Similar problem. Upgraded to Win 7.(Bacjed up pst files first). Reinstalled
Office 2007, including Outlook. Loaded and opened pst files. Found email and contacts, but none of my calendar data. Any suggestions? If you connected that PST to your mail profile correctly, if you can see mail and contacts, then you must also be able to see the calendar. Ergo, you did something wrong. Unless you tell us in detail exactly what you did when backing up, we can't tell you how to fix it. If you used import and export, then you certainly did it wrong. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

I attempted to install Outlook 2007 on a new computer running Windows 7. The
program attempts to find the exchange server. When it doesn't find it the programs askes for an old pst file. When it doesn't it turns off. Program tells to me that Outlook must be connected to change settings. I used Outlook express on the old computer. I just want the program Outlook 2007 to work without exchange.
