I can receive email but not send from outlook xp
 

I have read the majority of the responses on this list. Seems everyone has
the same issue. Can receive, cannot send. I tried every suggestion that was
listed that I hadn't already tried, no success. I get messages from "test
account settings" and get the same message. They a
1) Send test email: server found, but no response from server, verify port &
SSL info
2) Log onto incoming mail server: server was found but there was no response
from server, verify port, SSL, blah, blah, blah
3) Find outgoing mail server: unable to connect tothe incoming mail server.
Verify server name in incoming mail server etc.
4) Find outgoing mail server: unable to connect to outgoing mail server.
Verify, yada, yada, yada.
NOW WHAT?
