outlook 2007

outlook error: mapi was unable to load the information service gwmspl.dll.
I do not know what to do it will not let me configure my program?? Help?

GWMSPL.DLL could be the Novell GroupWise mapi connector. This doesn't ship
with Outlook and is a 3rd party solution. I would use the Mail applet in
the control panel to see if you can define a new account that doesn't
include the GroupWise connector.
