outlook 2003
Running WXP (latest sp as of today), Office 2003 pro, outlook 2003 original.
I installed a new Hd in a pc, reinstalled WXP and Office pro. I used Acronis to back up outlook files. When i do a recover for outlook, i get the ugly msg "the file c:\docs and setting\john\local settings\appl data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst could not be found. I did this before i created a profile in OL, hoping the recover would create the profile for me. Now when i try to open OL to create a profile, it get the ugly window that says "MS office outlook has encountered a problems..........". I've also tried creating a profile thru control panel/mail/email accounts. Even tried the SCANPST function - no help. Pls help me! Phil NOTHING has worked. |
