Default add smileys to outlook e-mails

You can use http://www.outlooksmileybar.com/ to add smileys to your e-mails within outlook. No spyware, no adware.
I recommend this tool.

I like using emoticons in my emails, but do not want to infect or get infected.

What WOULD be safe to download and use?

Thank you for your help.
