How do I set-up a list or group?

Hello

Using 2003-Until now, I've always just chosen a name(s) from my address
book, or typed the names when I need to send emails to a whole group of
people. I would like to set-up a group? or list? that I can just choose in
order to send emails to . How do I do this?

Thanks
