Contact additions from e-mail addresses
Its become apparent to me that when I type in the first few letters of a
recipient that the full contact appears in the Send To space but not all of these appearances are from Contacts. Some seem to be stored from previous sent e-mails. how an I identify or merge or add these items to Contacts? |

That is correct - the autocomplete list contains names you previously sent
messages to. You need to use a utility to save the names not in your address book - see http://www.slipstick.com/problems/nicknamecache.asp for a list.
