Outlook 2003 SP3: can't send email to group contacts
I have a client with an Outlook problem. She's using Outlook 2003SP3 with
current patches. When she tries to send a new message to a group of contacts, not all of the contacts appear in the To: field. Sometimes a few are there, sometimes none. There are only about a dozen contacts in these groups so it's not that she's trying to send to too many contacts at once. We have tried running Scanpst on her Outlook.pst file (which is under 1GB in size) but it did not fix the problem. Ideas? |
Outlook 2003 SP3: can't send email to group contacts
My idea would be to provide some information we could use to help solve the
problem. Just the basics would be fine: 1. What is a "group of contacts?" Outlook uses no such term so we could have no idea what you might what you mean. 2. What method is being used for recipient selection? 3. What exactly is happening that you think shouldn't? So far we only know you don't like the appearance of the To: field. -- Russ Valentine "triona" wrote in message ... I have a client with an Outlook problem.
