How to export names remembered in email "sent to" Contacts
 

When I type a name into the "sent to" in a "new" e-mail the field will
suggest names previously used that are not always in My Contacts. How do I
readily identify these and add to Contacts?

You can't unless you're using the Outlook 2010 beta. Before then, you'd need
to use third party software, such as:
