Hi!
I would like to see the contacts stored in a public folder when I choose recipients for an e-mail. I tried to solve this by right clicking on the public folder, choosing preferences and the "outlook address book" tab, and then enabling "show this folder as e-mail address book". However, the check box is disabled and I cannot enable it. I know, this is very similar to the common problem where people want to see their personal contacts when choosing recipient for an e-mail. But not exactly the same, so the same solution doesn't work unfortunately. Any help is much appreciated! |

My bad. The same solution as for adding your personal contacts works with public folders as well, I just messed up somehow.
Sorry for the inconvenience. |
