I'm trying to create a more Family friendly Contact list. I created a new
form that lists the Spouse birthday along with spaces for several children names and birthdays. I published it, entered the information in but the birthdays all had the main name listed instead of the wife or children. Is there a way to change the fields so they align to the correct box? I dragged the fields over from the Field Chooser box. I didn't the first time and none of the dates showed up on the Calendar...something to do with embedded code. Thanks |

Did you create new date/time fields to hold those birthdays?
Does your form have code behind it to create the appointments? If so, please show it. FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...rogram_f orms -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "WARedBear" wrote in message ...
