Sort order changes when I don't want it to
I have a Personal Folder and a Business folder under "Contacts."
I want the Personal one sorted by "File as" with "File as" on the top line. I want the Business folder sorted by Company with "Company" on the top line. Sometimes - and this doesn't happen immediately after selecting those options - I open Outlook to fine that the Company Sort preference has been applied to the Personal List. Sometimes the Personal Sort preference has been applied to the Company List. How can I set them once and keep the two different sort orders as I set them? Thanks |

Impossible to answer. You posted neither your version nor the view to which
you are referring. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Teentour" wrote in message ... I have a Personal Folder and a Business folder under "Contacts." A valid point. Please forgive my oversight, and I appreciate your taking the
time to point it out. I am using Outlook 2003, (11.8010.6568) SP2. The view I am using is Address Cards. I hope that is enough info for you to help me, and again, thanks in advance!
