My copy of Outlook 2003 has no command for exporting contacts. ie, there is

Try changing your Non-Unicode option to the language used in Outlook (if you are using a localized version), we used to have this problem with Slovenian version of Outlook. You can also try creating a new outlook profile or Windows profile. You probably already did this, but also make sure that if you click the File menu, and see a double-arrow icon at the bottom, click that double-arror to expand the menu tree and see additional File menu options. |
