Hi,

Try changing your Non-Unicode option to the language used in Outlook (if you
are using a localized version), we used to have this problem with Slovenian
version of Outlook.

You can also try creating a new outlook profile or Windows profile.

You probably already did this, but also make sure that if you click the File
menu, and see a double-arrow icon at the bottom, click that double-arror to
expand the menu tree and see additional File menu options.

May I ask why you want to export you contacts? Depending on the purpose,
you may be able to avoid exporting altogether.
