Contacts Keeps Defaulting to GAL--Please Help

Hello--

We are on Exchange 2003 and each client has Outlook 2003. One client's
Outlook will not allow me to change her displayed contacts to "contacts" It
defaults to the GAL.

As far as I know, out of about 50 clients, this is the only one doing this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried removing the service and then putting it back?
- Open the Address Book
- Select the TOOLS menu
- Select the OPTIONS menu

Near the bottom of the window, your services are listed.
Highlight them, click the REMOVE button, then add it back
in.

I've not tried that. Thanks, I'll try that and post the results.
