Need a copy feature for Contacts to transfer repeat data.
I often find that I have repeat addresses and phone numbers for vendor that I
call in my job and there doesn't appear to be anyway to quickly transfer the information short of retyping it or copy and paste. It would be helpful if the Save As feature allow me to Save as another Outlook Contact and open that up to edit and change the pertinent information. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. Open the contact you want to copy, go to the Actions menu and choose "New
Contact from the same company". See if that does anything like you want. "Keith G" Keith wrote in message ...
