want to remove one name from distribution list for a one time e-ma
Using Outlook 2000 on Win2000 machine - my boss wants to send an e-mail to an
existing distribution list, but not include one person that is in the dl. This is just a one-time occurrance. Can you edit the list to remove that one name without changing the dl permanently? Thanks in advance |

Nope. That feature did not appear until Outlook 2003.

Thanks for the info.
Since we also have a couple of users on Outlook 2003, is it easy to use this new feature? Again, thanks in advance. |

When you put the DL in the recipient field and it resolves (becomes underlined), it will also gain a plus sign just before it. Clicking the plus sign will expand the DL into its individual members and then you can remove the one(s) you don't want. -- Brian Tillman |
