Importing *.dat file

My work computer has Outlook 2000 & an HP T-45 Officejet which is slowly
dying. I want to import my fax & phone numbers list from the HP Address Book
into my Outlook Contacts. Any way that can be accomplished? The file name is
hpojaddr.dat

Thanx in advance. :)

In what forms can the Officejet address book be exported? Find one that
matches one of the forms that Outlook can import. The most likely candidate
will be a comma-separated values file (CSV).

I have found no way to export the Officejet phone book. The interface is
very very basic and there are no drop menus to it... I can see the list, I
can search it, I can edit it or I can print it. That's it.

What do you see when you open the .dat file in Wordpad? Is it structured enough that you can manually massage it into a .csv format?
