Default missing information within contacts

I hope someone can help me with this issue. Thanks in advance

I am trying to email someone a "contact". However when they receive the
contact it is missing the following.
1. Missing 3 phone numbers out of 5 phone numbers
2. Missing entire notes section
3. Missing the 2nd and 3rd email address

I am using Outlook 2003 with exchange server 2003.
