Contact incompleted

Using outlook 2003. Detailed addressmap is selected.
Search of different contacts delivers incomplete addressmaps, i.e.
telephonnumber is missing. Pressing F5 Button or refresh delivers
complete addressmap. This behavior is only when using outlook 2003. Is
this a known bug? Does any workarround exist?
