contacts and calendar template problems

hi, we created templates in contacts and calendar in Office 2000, when we
tried to apply it in Outlook 2003, to does not work. It always uses the
default template. What seems to be the problem?

Please advise ASAP!

By "templates," do you mean .oft form template files? You'll need to either publish them and use the published version or open the .oft files with the Tools | Forms | Choose Form command.
