Change one field in all contacts...
Hi there! Is is possible to do the above? i.e. what I need to do is change
all the province fields called "Ontario" to "ON" instead. Anyone know if I can do this without having to do it to all (1800!) contacts? Thanks! Carmen |

Change one Contact's data. The Group by that field. (advanced toolbar and
then use group by box) Drag all the "wrong" ones into the group of the single "correct" one.
