View by Categories in Address Cards format?
One of our partners would like to view his contacts in the Address Cards
format but be able to filter them by Categories. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Many thanks. |
View by Categories in Address Cards format?
You could define a new view that shows only a single Category ( a filtered
view) then do the same for the next Category etc etc. How you get to the defining a new view window is version dependant so use the Help button. Next time please post at least your version. On the Advanced Toolbar there's a Current View window which will say Address
Cards. On the bottom of that drop down window you can Define New View.
