Default Sending email to individual members of a distribution list

I'm sure that this has been asked before but if I have ten people in a
distribution list, how can I set up ten emails (one to each individual).

This is not to do with privacy so using the Bcc field is not an option.

Thanks in advance,

An add-in for Outlook might help you to do this. There are many add-ins
which can help you create mail merges. Most of my friends use Easy Mail
Merge for Outlook ... so I'm recommending it to you. Here is the link where
you can find it: http://www.emailaddressmanager.com/mail_merge.html

Thanks Dan,

I can run a mail merge directly from Outlook but it's not quite what I wanted.

Thanks again,
MarkN

That can't be done with a DL. You can, however, use a mail merge if those
10 contacts are in your Contacts folder.
