Hiding a field name when printing address cards
Is there any way to prevent the field name "Company:" from printing on my
address cards? I am trying to print a directory of contacts in a specified category and don't think it's necessary for each contact to appear as follows: Smith, Jane Company: Jane Smith Computing 123 Main Street Anytown, IL 60108 To avoid the word Company from printing, I did try to put the company name in the address field but this creates problems when I forward my address cards to another person that uploads the info to our website. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |
