I use Outlook 2003 on a stand-alone computer and on boot up this morning my
contacts can no longer be viewed by clicking on Contacts in the navigation pane. In the Folder List I can see the Contacts folder and the contents are visible when I click on that folder. I have researched a number of possible fixes but I simply cannot get the contacts to display via the Navigation Pane button for Contacts. I have checked to make sure that the Contacts properties are set to show the folder as an e-mail address book. I have deleted and added back the Outlook Address Book with it pointing to Contacts: Personal Folders. The only thing I did not delete and reinstall was the Personal Address Book. One other point of interest: I have two subfolders under Contacts in the folder list and those are displayed under My Contacts when I click on the Contacts button in the Navigation pane, but the parent folder Contacts is not shown. Does anyone have a fix for this strange problem? Bob N. |

Hi, Ben,
Thanks for the reply. I executed the run command with the full path to outlook.exe in quotes, followed by /ResetWunderBar and I received the following error message: Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using. Can you suggest anything else? Bob N. "Ben M. Schorr - MVP" wrote in message .com...
