how do I undelete a contact item

I accidentally deleted a contact item. There seems to be a deleted items
folder. How can I access this please?

Display the FOlder List or Mail navigation pane and look down the hierarchy to see Deleted Items, in alphabetical order.

As soon as you delete something by mistake, click EditUndo Delete.
