importing cantacts

I just set up Mic. outlook 2003. Can I import my contact list from yahoo
address book? If yes I would appreciate "walking me through". Please note I
am new to this.

Is this from the Yahoo Contacts web page? If so, look at the opper left.
See the words "Import/Export" up there? Try clicking them.
