sort by several categories
How do I sort contacts using my master category list when I want a group
described by 2 or more categories? Example: I want to sort through my contacts to create a subgroup consisting of those contacts in the categories: prospect level A, industry – biotech workshop they are interested in. Once I have this subgroup listed, how do I save it for future reference? Many thanks. |

Try the Help for directions as you have forgotten to post your version and exactly how you define a New View is version specific. Judy Gleeson, MVP Outlook "Bill M" Bill wrote in message ...
