Pardon my ignorance but what is an MVP. Are you guys part of Microsoft and

MVPs (Most Valued Professionals) do not work for Microsooft but have
demonstrated an extraordinary knowledge of the application(s) discussed in
the newsgroups they visit, answering questions in their free time because
