The search facility does not work in Contacts. I have tried to repair and
reload but I get the same outcome. Any ideas on how to activate this facility please. |

You have provided no information.
Clarify to which "search facility" you are referring. Post your Outlook version and information store. Confirm you have configured the Outlook Address Book Service correctly.
