Invalid ENTRYID???
I'm running Outlook 2003 and I recently synchronised my Nokia mobile phone
with my PC contacts and calendar, since then my Outlook adress book is a mess. All of my phone contacts are now listed in my Address Book and when I try to access the Properties I get this message: "The Properties dialog box could not be diplayed. An invalid ENTRYID was passed in." I've tried deleting the 'phone' entries, but they just won't go! I even uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook and everything just came back! Any ideas??? Thanks in advance for any advice offered. -Sandy. |

It sounds as if Nokia's synchronization software has some bugs in it. Have
you contacted them? Unfortunately, synchronization problems are not Outlook issues. The only way to repair your Outlook Address Book Service corruption would be to remove it from your profile, restart Outlook, add it back and configure it correctly. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Sandy" wrote in message ... Sorry, if I sound dumb, but I'm not a techy... how do I do that?

Instructions for adding and configuring the Outlook Address Book Service are
here. The same paths will provide you the ability to remove the service as well: http://support.microsoft.com/default...Product=ol2002 -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Sandy" wrote in message ...
