Prevent surrogate from reading a private message?
Is there a way to send a confidential/private message to an individual and
restrict to them only (i.e., so their designated surrogate won't get the message)? I have occasion to communiate with the boss (I'm employee relations) and he wants me to send him e-mails about misconduct of his surrogate, i.e., advising him what to do. Obviously, the surrogate shouldn't get these messages. I have searched and searched through Outlook help, and so far, have not seen where this is possible? Has anyone else encountered this, and if so, what did you do? |
