How do I link two separate contacts for mail merging?
 

Example, we have two separate contacts, Jane Brown and Don White, they have
separate companies, numbers, etc. but they are MARRIED. When we are going to
mail merge, I don't want the husbanc and wife to get separate letters, i
would rather they receive one between the two of them.

PLEASE HELP, THANKS SO MUCH!

How do I link two separate contacts for mail merging?
 

assign one half of the couple to a category ("Wife") and filter out that
category before doing a mail merge.
