How do I move email addresses from 1 distribution list to another

I have Outlook. Created a distribution list too large (450 names). Need to
make it in increments of 50. Want to save time by simply copy & paste names
to new distribution list. How do I do that?

In the Contacts folder where the DL resides, right-click and drag the DL a
little way. Choose Copy. Repeat until you have nine DLs all identically
named. Open the first of them, modify its name field, select and delete all
but the first 50 members. Save and close. Open the second copy you made,
give it a new name, select and delete all but the second 50 members. Save
and close. Repeat for the other seven DLs. You then have none DLs each
containing 50 distinct members.
