Microsoft Outlook email - Create a drop-down box in company field

Create a drop-down box in company field

I often have multiple contacts at a company but they can get overlooked in a
company search if there's a variation in the company name, which is actually
quite common; i.e. a comma before Co. in one entry and not another, use of
Inc. in one name and not another; use of a DBA as opposed to corporate name,
etc. With a drop down box that lists all the company names already in
Outlook, one could be assured of consistency so all contacts for the same
company appear when ordered by company.

Please elaborate on what you mean by group and how do you create such a
group?

Also, don't you think that Outlook should have the capablity of making
almost every field a drop down list? That seems pretty basic to all major
contact manager programs.

And why is there no Find & Replace feature for updating in bulk. Like when
a company changes it's name or address.
