When synchronizing outlook with my phone all e-mail addresses from the phone
got placed in the "e-mailadress 3" field. Is it possible to remove ALL e-mail addresses in this field (3) from ALL contacts at one time. Or do I have to do it contact by contact? |

You could export your contacts to an Excel file, delete the info from that
field and import the data back into Outlook. Make sure you have a good backup of your original contacts before you try this, however. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "idi_ameen" wrote: When synchronizing outlook with my phone all e-mail addresses from the phone got placed in the "e-mailadress 3" field. Thanks - worked fine. But how do I get the same format in the new folder. I
used to have flast name, first name and company showing in the header if the addresscard. After exporting/importing it only show last and first names. /idi "Jocelyn Fiorello [MVP - Outlook]" skrev: You could export your contacts to an Excel file, delete the info from that field and import the data back into Outlook. That I'm not sure of. You might have to change those manually. If someone
else has a better solution for you, perhaps they will post it here -- or you can start a new thread. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "idi_ameen" wrote: Thanks - worked fine.
