Changing all Contact records sending format

I have been having a problem sending html messages that are being received as
rich text. Found the problem from a previous post to double click contact
email address and change to let Outlook decide. THANK YOU, but is there a way
to change all contacts? Or do I have to click on each and everyone one?

I don't know of any way to change more than one at a time.
