Group list empty

I have recently exported my personal folder or pst file from windows 98
running office 2000 to a new computer running XP pro with office 2003
installed. When I imported my pst folder all the contacts show up with the
group. When I click on a group the contents are empty. Can anyone assit me in
getting the members in the groups back. I'm not on an exchange server this is
a stand alone machine

Never import/export a ,pst file to re-use with Outlook. Simply copy the
file, paste in a favorite location such as My Documents (never over-write a
..pst file either) and then open Outlook-File-Open-Outlook Data File.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Cocobola asked:

And one of the reasons Milly says "don't export or import" is that you can
lose data, distribution lists being of the items that don't survive
importing and exporting.
