email id Prompt

Hi All, Am using Outlook version 2003; whenever we begin to type a name or
email id (in the To,CC feilds), the application prompts matching email id's
already used before; I guess this prompt is done using earlier used email
id's and not from the address book. Can anyone throw light on how this prompt
happens or how to change the settings for this prompt (like can this be reset
or extended or saved for longer period?); because after a period of time this
prompt doesnt work and it starts all over again (probably this cache gets
cleaned up after a fixed time period); Also since this prompt is not taken
from the address book I would like to transfer these data to another machine
(if I have not saved them in the address book) when I change my working
machine.
