Mail Merge contacts in wrong location
Hello,
We have several users with WinXP and Office 2003. We are running Exchange Server 2003. When one user tries to do a mail merge in word and call up the contact list form Outlook some of the contact lists are showing the wrong location. For example: 'Suppliers' has the description Archive Folders|Deleted Items\priv1.edb\User Name\Contacts Where as 'Sales' has the correct description Mailbox - User Name|Contacts We can not use the contact lists in the Archive Folders to create mail merges. Does anyone know why some are pointing to this location please?
