Can contacts be made truly "Private" and if so, how can I bulk cha
I want to synch my personal contacts from my home Outlook client with my
office Outlook client. My office runs Exchange. However, I do not want my personal contacts to be readable by any Exchange admins (or anyone else at my company). If I mark my personal contacts as "Private" within Outlook, will that encrypt them on Exchange so that they will be unreadable by anyone else? If so, I have around 900 personal contacts that I need to mark as private. How can I make this bulk change instead of opening-checking private-closing each one? Thanks very much for the help. -Kent |

Anything in your Exchange mailbox is accessible by the Exchange admins so
your "private" items are not really private. Second, do you really want your private/personal contacts at work for any and all to ask about? -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
