I am curious if there is a way in Outlook 2003 to make a global contact list?
I would essentially like to create a single pool of contacts that can be added to, but not subtracted from, by users, that would automatically become a part of every other users main contact list. Preferably, I'd like this "pool" of contacts to not simply be a collection of individual shared contacts, but a list of contacts maintained at one location (i.e. a shared folder) My experience with Outlook is rather limited, so I'm not sure if this is a really basic thing for Outlook or not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |
